Description
Inspired by sniper from Killzone 2. This character would be probably cyborg from part, at least arms and definitely some psy powers. Razors on hands are on same principal as OMNI tool from Mass Effect.
This one should be in service of some secret underground organization. It's definitely not like private soldier. There would be only about 8 or 10 of them. On leg, I drew some device. Robotic arms and belly have attach sockets.
